Because sometimes when you’re sick during the warmer months, soup is still what you need. And this one is soo good for your skin with the bone broth! INGREDIENTS: - 1 box of organic chicken bone broth - 4 cups of water (enough to submerge veggies) - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 yellow onion - 4 large carrots - 4-6 large celery stalks - 3-6 cloves of garlic - Pastina pasta - FOR SERVING: Extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste - *Optional:* 1 tbsp of bouillon to enhance flavor Directions: In a large pot, combine the bone broth, whole onion, whole carrots, celery, and garlic. Bring to a rapid boil and cook for 45 minutes

Mango Ice Candy (Filipino-style ice pops)
15min · 8 servings Ingredients • 3/4 cup cold water • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 2-4 sweet ripe yellow mangoes (depending on size) • 1 cup evaporated milk • 4-6 tbsp condensed milk (adjust to your sweetness) Instructions • 1. Add mango, condensed milk, and evaporated milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. • 2. Add water and cornstarch to a pot. Whisk until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Add pot to stovetop on medium heat and add in the blended mango mixture. • 3. Continue whisking as the mixture comes to a light simmer and begins to thicken. • 4. Once mixture the thickened, allow it to cool down and come to room temperature. Stir to remove any lumps. • 5. Using a ladle and funnel, carefully add cooled mango mixture to ice candy bags.
