DUBU JORIM (두부조림 )🇰🇷 By @fitgreenmind RECIPE (3-4 servings, 25min prep time): -400g tofu Pat dry, cut in thick slices and fry in oil on both sides. -3 cloves garlic -2 spring onion Finely chop. -1 Tbsp chili flakes -1 Tbsp sesame oil -1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce -1/4 cup (60ml) water -2 Tbsp syrup or sugar Mix and add the sauce to the tofu.
