Kristen Hong on Instagram: "🚪🚪🚪 I identify four fridge phases in #fridgelovebook  1 - Before food shopping 2 - After food shopping 3 - After processing groceries (this can be organizing, pre-chopping produce or full meal prepping) 4 - Midweek flux Most of the time our fridge is in flux but my favorite days are right after I’ve taken the time to processes my groceries and set my plan for the week! Sometimes that’s a full two-day meal prep session, sometimes it’s just chopping our produce for the week and other times all I can manage is a wipe down, basic organization and putting the food I want to eat more of out at eye-level in the fridge. The truth is every week our intentions with our fridge change.  That’s why I include 5 fridge goals in my book that will meet you where you are and help you level up to where you want to go!
