THE MOMENT EVERYTHING MADE SENSE In the picture is my little sister, Alet (point 9) who has become one of the people I have the most admiration for. Overcoming a lot of challenges in her life, growing in to a remarkable woman who sets goals and achieve them! Running marathons are some of these goals…ive lost track of how many she has done but is currently training for the well know Comrades ultra-marathon (88km) in  June of 2017.

Your back is also part of your core.  Superman holds can be used as an warm up for when training on back days or as a little workout on its own.  Lift your chest of the floor and engaging your bum. 🕟Hold this position for 15s and rest for 15s. Repeat for 5 to 8 sets. 🕣When this get easy...increase the time under tension to 20s and later 30s but keep the rest 15s.   https://www.instagram.com/p/BYLXDHah0GD/
