CC188 With Sympathy by Kharmagirl - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Hi everyone. Here is a card I made for Vicky Gould, who lost her husband unexpectedly last evening. My heart is aching for her, and I wanted to send her a card so she knows that I am thinking and praying for her. Here is the thread: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=390561 I used this week's color challenge, Basic Pirouettes, as I didn't get to the challenge on Tuesday. Metal meets nature. That is the theme of this card. Have you tried embossing the Layered Leaves with the silver foil sheets? The effect is stunning! to add even more drama to the card I used the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits to create the beautiful black dragonfly. Things in life can be simply elegant just by being simple.
