LowCarb Cheese Crisps. Whole recipe has less than 3grams carbs. Great no guilt salty snack. 1 cup grated Parmesan & Romano cheese, 2 teaspoons sour cream. Mix until well incorporated. Make small (gumball size) & press thin on non-stick cookie sheet (or foil). I used my toaster oven set on High Broil, pre-heat on same and they cook within minutes...keep your eyes on them!!
