South Africa: Pannekoeke - South Africans also enjoy crepe-like pancakes. This recipe, takes a twist on the traditional crepe by using the filling of another traditional South African recipe, Milk Tart—the cinnamon custard with a spiced crumble.
Savoury tart / Souttert Recipe 2 eggs 1 tsp mustard 1 cup of milk 1 tsp parsley 25ml oil 1 cup grated cheese 18ml flour salt and pepper small onion chopped viennas / cold meat chopped Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 180c for 45 mins. Serves 12
