Soapy Love - Popsicle Soaps
If you are looking for something a little different, check out Soapy Love’s range of handmade, glycerine soaps. Their Soapsicles are ultra adorable, they look just like popsicles! Each soap comes complete with an ice cream stick, and is tied up with a bow. Their “Candy Carousel” (pictured) scent is scrumptious – it really does smell like candy…and who doesn’t love candy!
Using clear and white glycerine soap, a mini loaf pan and a few drops of peppermint oil you too can make beautiful soap. Melt 1/4 cup of the glycerin, stir in a drop of oil and the red food coloring. Pour into the loaf pan. After cooling 20 min., score the top with a fork. Repeat, alternating the colors, until the pan is full. Wrap in cellophane, tape shut and tie with bakery string.
