Wai-O-Tapu, Rotorua, NZ
I took this photo at a place called Wai-O-Tapu, which is just outside of Rotorua in New Zealand. There is a LOT of geothermal activity in this region. This particular body of water is called "Champagne Pool" and was completely AMAZING! This is the actual colour. The water is boiling (if you look closely you can actually see little bubbles in the water) and the different mineral compound in the ground and water make these amazing colours! Mind blowing :-)
