Here I combined the first and then with the three star reward token boards and came up with this great little behaviour management tool. Everything you need on one board, no more fidgeting with 2 boards, its made my life so much easier!
Art Journaling - can be used as a therapeutic and/or self-care tool. I know they say keeping a journal is good for you but I never seem to be able to sustain it. Something more creative might be the way to go.
