Cake in Snackwich Maker 1 cup flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup castor sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence. Sieve flour and baking powder in a bowl. Separate bowl, combine butter and sugar. Beat till creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well. Add essence and beat. Fold in flour mixture. Brush both sides of sandwich maker with cooking oil. Close and preheat Snackwich Maker. Spoon your batter in each full, not overflowing. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Spicy Onion & Dip     1 pack mexican coating  1 big onion  2 eggs beaten  500 ml cooking oil    Peel onion. Don't cut the rough edges of the onion. Cut in star shape and pull apart carefully. Spread the Tomato & Onion mix evenly over the fish fingers. Mix the cream and soup powder together & pour over fish fingers. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.  Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

Place Oreo biscuit in "muffin liner" as if you would prepare for baking muffins.    Pour spoonful caramel over biscuit.    Place another Oreo biscuit on top of the first biscuit.    Fill muffin liner with muffin mix/dough.    Bake as per recipe intruction.  Cool down & decorate.

Ice Cream Bread  Put two cups of ice cream (any flavour) into a mixing bowl. Add one and a half cups of self-raising flour and mix until all the flour is moistened.  Place the mixture into a greased bread tin, and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180C.  Leave it to cool, before tucking in to the magic ice-creamy-bready-cakey-goodness.

Cheese Scones    1 egg, 1/2 Cup oil, 1 Cup Milk, 2 Cups Self-Raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 Cup grated Mature Cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp red pepper, 1 tsp Salt.    Mix all the ingredients together.  Shape & Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ºC.
