Hosting a backyard barbecue? Here’s a recipe to please everyone. To make chili, brown ground beef in vegetable oil. Add onion, red bell pepper, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook for 30 minutes. To make hot dogs, cook until just seared on the outside. Toast buns, taking care that they do not brown. Swipe each bun with mustard, top with chili, cheese, onion and, if you’re brave, jalapenos. Serve.
