This Spinach and Beet Juices is one of my favourites because the colours are just beautiful. It was a delicious way to start my monday and kept me full right up until lunch. It also gave me heaps of energy and with the Spirulina and Acai powders that I added I got a double whammy of goodness! I arrived home in Ireland yesterday and immediately got to work making all of my favorite home comforts. One of the most delicious is home made muesli. It is so easy to make and is also so delicious. I love making my own muesli, that way I know exactly what’s in it and can avoid anything with added sugar.
