Bloomin’ Onion Dip ⤵️ 3 tbsp butter 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 2 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 jar sweet pickled onions, drained 8oz softened cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp extra hot horseradish 1-1/2 tbsp ketchup 1.
