Vegetable stir fry: Fry any vegetable of your choice like sweet corn, broccoli, onion, carrots, green peas and etc. with sesame oil ( or olive oil or canola oil) drizzle the leftover marinade from the chicken breast. Beef stew with vege and herbed basmati rice. Ingredients:beef stew Beef Garlic Onion Tomatoe paste or tomatoes sauce Salt Black pepper Beef stock Fry the beef first till slightly brown then add onions, garlic ,salt and black pepper for 5minutes then add you tomatoe paste and fry for 5 minutes then add your beef stock. And cook for 10 minutes. Basmati rice: Mixed vege( any vegetable of your choice Chives Thyme Garlic salt Basmati rice
Spicy coconut pumpkin soap. Ingredients: Pumpkin Vegetable stock Masala spice(receip beneath) Coconut milk Salt Black pepper Onion Masala spice: Cumin Ginger Garlic Coriander Method: Fry onion till slightly brown then pour the pumpkin diced with the masala spice , salt and black pepper then pour your vegetable stock and close your pot to boil pumpkin for 10 minutes. Remove the pumpkin mixture into a blender or use a stick blender. Then pour your coconut milk and taste. Enjoy

Brown rice fry with chicken breast. I just fried every vegy I had in my fridge, drizzled some garlic salt, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce and ginger then later add the frozen brown rice into the mixture for them serve.
