Lemon and herb grilled chicken breast with vege stir fry  Ingredients: chicken breast Chicken breast Garlic Lemon Cayenne pepper Black pepper Salt Olive oil Thyme  Method: mix everything together and marinate meat and grill or roast. And slice for serving.  Vegetable stir fry: Fry any vegetable of your choice like sweet corn, broccoli, onion, carrots, green peas and etc. with sesame oil (  or olive oil or canola oil) drizzle the leftover marinade from the chicken breast.   Enjoy.

A sweet healthy pancake made with rye flour. My mates gave this one a 10.  Ingredients 200grm rye flour 1 egg  1 cup of milk A pinch if salt Half cup of blueberries Honey according to taste 2 tspn baking powder For garnishing slices if banana, strawberries, buleberries and blue berry sauce.  Enjoy

Ingredients: Pumpkin Vegetable stock Masala spice(receip beneath) Coconut milk Salt Black pepper Onion  Masala spice: Cumin Ginger  Garlic Coriander  Method: Fry onion till slightly brown then pour the pumpkin diced with the masala spice , salt and black pepper then pour your vegetable stock and  close your pot to boil pumpkin for 10 minutes.  Remove the pumpkin mixture into a blender or use a stick blender. Then pour your coconut milk and taste.  Enjoy
