Day thirty Ended it off with a crown braid with that headband again. Start with all the hair combed away from the crown and then start the braid on your weak side only adding hair to the braid from the bottom. Thanks to all of you who followed me. Let me know which day was your favourite.
Day twenty nine So the last week was pretty rough, but here us the second last day of the challenge. It's the upside down braid to the middle and then the top bits are twisted towards the end of the braid and pinned in place.
Day twenty eight I straightened it because I couldn't go on. I used a head band to create the roll in the front. I could be likened to the twisting I enjoy so much. And there's a pom pom for good measure.
Day twenty seven With the hair straightened out a bit from yesterday it added length to the 'fro. The idea here was to create a carrot top (short on the back and sides and long on top). I don't think I succeeded. It looks like a longer Day twenty three. I'll use pins next time.
Day nineteen You know those perfect little buns that you can't get right because you don't have one of those foam thingies? Fear not! You could use a sock...a clean sock :-D Step one: Tie a pony like normal. Step two: Wrap the sock around the pony. Step three: Cover the sock completely with hair evenly on all sides. It'll make a hole in the middle as shown. Sooooo coooool!
Day seventeen Pony tail with a twist...well actually it's with two braids... Step one: Divide hair into sections as shown in picture. Tie the back section up. Step two: braid the side sections as shown. Use hairpins to hold the braids in place. Step three: Make a bobble fringe in the front using a hairpin.
