No Dough Pizza- low carb and gluten free. This was pretty good. Just make your normal home made pizza. It does taste like a really great pizza. and NO gluten and very low carb. :-) Those who could eat normal pizza ate it willingly.

Breakfast casserole - i make this when i have guests. i omit the green pepper and salt - and add lots of pepper. everyone i made this for, loves it!

Better than Fries! Cut potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle olive oil, butter, some sea salt and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes. Gonna try this with sweet potatoes!
