Garlic Steak bites and eggs for breakfast 😋🔥 Ingredients 1 1lb ribeye steak 1/2 stick unsalted butter 1 tsp chili flakes 1 stalk rosemary 1 stalk thyme 3 minced garlic cloves 2 eggs 1 tbsp cooking oil Instructions: Start of by mincing the garlic, then set aside. Cut the steak into 1 inch thick pieces, then season it with salt pepper garlic. Heat the large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil then sear the steak for around 2 minutes per side. Add butter, Once the butter starts to form bubbles add rosemary, thyme, chili flakes and the minced garlic coat the steak in that delicious garlic sauce, stir for 1 min. Push aside the steak and add eggs. Cook the eggs to your liking. Then remove from heat let cool for 3 min before serving.
