Your bulletins will never be bored when they’re surrounded by this bright as bright and lively garland. To create, grab your favorite colors of Astrobrights Paper. Next, cut a 5-inch diameter circle to trace 6 circles. Fold these 6 circles in half and crease well. While folded, glue half the circle to the next circle. Let the glue dry then open to see the fanned circle. Add your yarn or string to the top of the bulletin board and staple your paper circles across the string. *Difficulty: Easy*
