If you don’t know by now I’m a chocoholic. Last week in World Chocolate Day aka Nadia Day I had to make something. I wanted to do something I have not done before. The idea for Chocolate fondue was born. My local @picknpay had a special on Regent Street chocolate bars. I thought why not try melting that down. Pretty glad I chose that chocolate because it was the perfect taste.
Chocolate Fondue Shoot Tasting is the best part of all of this. Each element can be so different. Sweet and sweet. salty and sweet. Flavor combinations is the beauty of food. The joys of finding that ideal food pairing that makes your tastes buds light up. I loved the fruity combos. strawberries and chocolate is a staple. I was surprised at how much apple and chocolate went well together.
