King Oyo is the reigning Omukama of Toro, in Uganda (Rukirabasaija Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, born 16 Apr 1992) Oyo ascended to the throne when he was only three years old after the death of his father, King Patrick Olimi Kaboyo.
