Biltong Flat Bread on the Braai - An easy home-made flat bread perfect for a celebratory braai.
Per serving: Dice up one potato, 1/2 an onion, 2 cloves chopped garlic and 1 tbs olive oil. Wrap up in foil and toss onto the coals (see first photo, bottom right). Bake on the coals for about 25 min or until your desired crispness.
