I LOVE my friends tried & true amazing Lamb Dijon marinade! I'm using pork chops today because that's what I had on hand. Lamb Dijon Marinade 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard 3 tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary, no stems 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar 5 Garlic cloves, minced 12 (4oz) Lamb chops, trimmed *Combine all ingredients in a Ziplock and massage meat to get well covered. Let meat rest in the fridge for up to 8hrs turning half way through. Cook meat on grill or in the oven until cooked through! Enjoy!
Leg Of Lamb With Cranberry Glaze Boy, I sure miss having my lamb, a meat that my mom loved to cook for Easter. As I've said before, Kenny is not fond of lamb at all so I have to eat it all by myself, hence I just buy the lamb chops for myself.
