A postcard image looking north towards Hanger Lane tube station and before the current version of the 'gyratory' was constructed. Even in the mid-1960s this junction was busy and congested. One reason I've posted the 'card is that the small swan neck lamp post on the right still (2011) survives despite all the changes of the past 40-odd years!
