In fact, if most people treated others the way they treat themselves, they probably wouldn't have many friends!Here are some of my favourite ways. Enjoy going for a massage at my favourite spa,snuggle up underneath a cosy throw and take an afternoon nap, go for a walk in nature, lie in the warm sunshine with a good book or magazine.
