Often we don't treat ourselves very well. we eat poorly, don't get enough sleep, are self-critical and fail to take care of our mind and body. In fact, if most people treated others the way they treat themselves, they probably wouldn't have many friends!Here are some of my favourite ways. Enjoy going for a massage at my favourite spa,snuggle up underneath a cosy throw and take an afternoon nap, go for a walk in nature, lie in the warm sunshine with a good book or magazine.
