Lemon meringue wreath
This edible wreath is so quick and easy to pull together - only 30 minutes of prep and absolutely zero cooking involved. I love the lemon twist (with a hint of passionfruit) I’ve given this wreath - it’s so fresh and tangy, perfect for an Aussie Christmas celebration. I like to use both double cream and thickened in the lemon cream mixture - it allows your whipped cream to hold its shape better and longer, which is ideal at Christmas when you’re making lots of things in advance.
