Beat egg yolks, still beating, add condensed milk & lastly lemon juice. Mixture should be very thick. Whisk egg whites till stiff & fold into castor sugar. Pour into crumb base, top with meringue mixture. Bake at 150ºc until meringue turns golden brown. Chill before serving.
