Oats never looked better! This is my most popular recipe for a reason! You really can never go wrong with anything raspberry cheesecake 🤤 For the Base: ▪️1/3 cup Rolled Oats ▪️1/4 cup Yoghurt ▪️1 scoop Protein Powder ▪️1 tbs Raspberry Jam ▪️1/4 cup Almond Milk Ganache Topping: ▪️30g White Chocolate ▪️1 tbs Yoghurt METHOD: 1. Mix base ingredients together until combined and smooth/flatten down. 2. Melt white chocolate with coconut yoghurt and spread over the top of the oats. 3. Marble through extra jam for extra prettiness. 4. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.

Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats 🍓
First layer: • 40g oats • 100g water • 1/2 tsp sweetener (optional) Mix oats, water & sweetener until combined. Microwave for 1 min. Second layer: • 100g vegan high protein yoghurt. • 1/2 sweetener (optional) Mix yoghurt & sweetener until combined and spread over the oat layer. Third layer: • 20g low sugar strawberry jam Microwave the jam for 20 sec and spread over the yoghurt layer Fourth layer: • 10g dairy free white choc • 10ml oat milk • 10g vegan yoghurt Melt white chocolate in the microwave. Mix with the oat milk and yoghurt until combined. Spread over the jam layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight!
