Cinnamon Sweet Potato Zoats (Zucchini / Eggs Oats) - Adding zucchini to oatmeal is a great low-calorie and low-carb filler if plain oatmeal doesn't fill you up. Use 1/2 cup water or milk, bring to a boil and add 4 - 6 egg whites (about 1/2 cup), stir vigorously. Add 1/4 cup oats. Stir then add grated zucchini. I added about a cup.
