Gyoza Sauce. Have to admit I had never had potstickers before...read a blog about a brand of potstickers and decided I would try them since I had just pinned this sauce. Bought Tai Pei brand and cooked and browned as directed...the sauce is amazingly good...100 times better than the sauce that comes with the product...and I have a new favorite appetizer...It's a keeper.
