This is the secret to tender and juicy meat. For today's recipe, I'll need 500 grams of meat in a glass dish. I'll cover it with milk until everything is submerged. And I'll mix the ingredients very well. I'll let it sit for 15 minutes. Now, in a glass dish, I'll add a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of oregano, three garlic cloves, half a cup of water. Half a cup of soy sauce and I'll mix the ingredients very well. After letting the meat marinate, I'll strain it from the milk using a sieve. I'll let all the liquid drain out making sure nothing is left. With a spoon, I'll press out the remaining liquid from the meat. After that, I'll add the meat to the prepared mixture. And I'll mix these ingredients very well. Next, I'll transfer the recipe to a pan already greased with olive oil. I'll spread everything evenly to cook all the meats uniformly. Once it reaches this colour, I'll add a teaspoon of salt. And I'll keep mixing the ingredients well. I'll add half a sliced green bell pepper, half a yellow bell pepper, half a red bell pepper, half a sliced onion, two tablespoons of tomato sauce. And I'll mix all the ingredients in the pan very well. After that, I'll add half a cup of water. Then I'll cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes. After that time, I'll sprinkle some parsley on top of the recipe to taste. And now it's ready. All that's left is to plate it and enjoy today's meal. I love meat recipes.
