Mini Tutorial of making a small glass drop with flowers: Start with a small spacer bead, add a tiny blob onto one side. It's important that you don't work too hot, otherwise you loose the shape. Just heat the lower part of the drop and flatten it just a little bit with a paddle. Now add either 3, 4 or 5 little dots with an opaque stringer. Melt the dots all the way in, poke into the middle and add another dot of clear over the flower. Melt the clear even, while keeping the rest of the bead warm.
