I have just save another life of this bottle of medium bodied well-rounded smooth Guardian Peak Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 from it's loneliness because it has finally found a family in my stomach. Fermented in 2nd and 3rd fill 300 liter French and American oak barrels for 10 months I am enjoying hints of red fruit aroma black currant raspberry ripe plum hints of cherry lead pencil and cedar.
