Here is the recipe : Chocolate Gravy. Donna Wagner Feeds 4 people. Can be easily doubled. Put your biscuits in oven about the same time as starting your gravy. 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 2 Tbs flour 4 Tbs cocoa Dash of salt 1 cup evaporated milk I stick melted butter Sift dry ingredients and add enough of the water to create a thin paste. Add evap milk and mix together well. Cool in iron skillet over medium heat until boiling. Boil two minutes stirring constantly.
Yummmmmmm :) Chocolate Gravy on BigOven: 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour 3 tbsp. cocoa dash salt Mix dry ingredients well and add: 2 cups milk Cook until thick like gravy Add: 2 tbsp butter About cap full of vanilla Mix well until butter is melted. Serve over hot buttered biscuits. This recipe makes about enough for 10 biscuits.

Mix in sugar, flour and cocoa. Slowly pour 1 cup of milk into the skillet and whisk well to remove lumps. Whisk in remaining milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick, being careful not to scorch. Serve hot over biscuits.

Drizzle this velvety, sweet sauce over a hot buttered biscuit, angel food or pound cake or over a bowl of strawberries. Delicious!
