Spinach Puffs. 1 – 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1/2 cup crumbled feta 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp chopped fresh dill or parsley 1 tsp garlic, pressed Salt and pepper, to taste 2 large eggs, separated 1 – 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed but still cold (leave it in the fridge to thaw)
