Just made this and it is the BEST and so easy. Creamy Rice Pudding (use 5 tsp Splenda instead of 1/3 cup sugar, use low fat milk, reduced fat butter [I use Balade from Trader Joe's]). Don't forget to temper the egg before you add it to the pudding or you will end up with scrambled eggs in your custard!
