May Basket Day is a somewhat forgotten—but lovely—rite of spring, that involves hanging a small basket filled with flowers and candies on the doors of friends and family on May 1 to welcome them to warmer weather. And we think it's high time we all brought back this tradition in full force! Luckily, the design geniuses over at Valley & Company Events have put together a tutorial for making May Day baskets using tin cans, pretty paper, and ribbons.
