Basically, apply pressure to the area of the hand (as pictured) in between your knuckles. After which you should feel an instant release of the pain in your neck area (YAYYYY)! The pain is usually felt sideways on the neck sliding down into the shoulder region, tight, and/or swollen/knotted.   FYI: I didn't try the leg option, as it was not needed. Good Luck To You!
