Their 'investigation' was a sham and they claimed this purely to avoid publicly admitting their lack of a standard legal protocol - 'know the law' and don't oppress human rights you scumbags.
Employers take advantage of high unemployment rates. If you're too 'old' you must be willing to accept a junior rate. If you're 'young and inexperienced' you must accept an 'internship' and work for a rate lower than minimum wages.

(3) 'Whites Only' is not a sign of liberalism because it's coming from a black person, it signifies a deep belief that racism can be rationalised, it's ok! Point: white women struggled for economic and political power, battled sexism - What would make it easier for those formerly known as 'non-whites' and thereby 'non-entities' to succeed? Policy and regulations are required to overcome prejudice or there will be no effort to do so.

(2) The first responses to the status update roll in. 'Whites Only' is clearly offensive to many. If black people are BEE detractors then certainly as a white, I resent the implications of 'whites only' and voted for democracy in the belief that prejudice would diminish. I don't vote anymore and am opposed to entrepreneurs as presidents and political leaders. They don't understand policy, only power and profiting.
#InterimRecruitment apologises and promises to not do this again. Recruitment firms must not support racist firms. Sue them.
The public wants an apology from #InterimConsulting for placing racist and exploitative recruitment adverts. These adverts incite racial hatred and rip at the fabric of our democratic society.
