First, I think this look will work best if you have the larger lips to rock it. I would have put this under Halloween, or FX, but depending on outfit/event, this look could work on other days...makes me SO JEALOUS I have small lips!!!
1. 30 second plank 2. 30 squat jumps 3. 20 full sit ups 4. 20 (each leg) single leg hip extension 5. run at the same place for 2 minutes 6. 20 (each leg) side leg raise 7. 30 seconds in wall squat position
